Increase Arabesque Height & Flexibility


For the next 7 days as a part of our New Year Ballet Blast Off, we are going to be posting a video with exercises that you can do to get you on your way to being the best dancer in 2015.

Today’s video is to increase your arabesque height and lower back flexibility. In the video below, I will be demonstrating two exercises; Hyper Extension and Reverse Hyper Extension. Both exercises utilize a ball.
