Improve Your Arabesque!


A beautifully placed arabesque is one of the simplest looking, yet most complex poses in ballet. Here at Ballet Strength, we want to help you with your arabesque height and flexibility!

I learned this exercise at 12 years old during my summer intensive at Chautauqua. I practiced this every day until I could hold it – trust me, it wasn’t easy at first. Today I show that my practice payed off big time as I can still hold the position! Give it a try!!
