What is an eBook?
An eBook is a digitally downloadable document. In the case of the eBooks on this website, you will receive your documents in the form of a PDF via email. Be on the lookout in your email inbox for your eBook order confirmation to arrive with instructions on how to retrieve your PDF file. Orders are typically emailed within a few minutes of purchase. You must have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat in order to read your PDF eBook.

What are training programs or training plans?
Training programs (also called training plans) are daily workouts that are delivered to your email. Ballet Strength training programs are hosted by Training Peaks. Once your training plan is purchased, you will receive an email from Ballet Strength, to the email address used through Paypal to complete your purchase, requesting information to create your account with Training Peaks. It is important to understand that your daily workouts will not be sent from Ballet Strength, rather from Training Peaks on behalf of Ballet Strength. Don’t worry, these workouts have all been created by Ballet Strength founder, Nikol Klein.
*Training programs are not mailable products. Training programs must be started within 60 days of purchase.

What is a Digital DVD or Video Download? A Digital DVD is the same as a regular DVD, however it does not come as a disk, rather a file that you save to your computer. This means no shipping or wait time. It is assumed that when you purchase a digital product that you understand how to download such files to your computer.
When you purchase a Digital DVD, you are allowed 3 download attempts. Please be sure to save the file to your computer the first time so that you do not lose it. Files must be downloaded to a computer before being transferred to your iPad or e-reader. Refunds will not be given for errors resulting from the purchaser’s computer issues such as file size issues or email filters. Digital DVD’s, digital videos, and all virtual product files are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued to customer’s whom a digitally downloadable product has been sent to.
Can I purchase private coaching services?
Ms. Klein offers private ballet coaching services both online and at her home studio in San Diego, California. If you are interested in private coaching services or booking a camp, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is your return policy on products?
Please read all detailed information regarding the product you are interested in before purchasing it. Parents, know what your child is purchasing before they use your Paypal account or credit card to purchase an item from the store.
Books & Training Programs Return Policy- Returns are not accepted for digital items such as eBooks or training programs. Training programs via Training Peaks must be started within 30 days of purchase or they will expire. Refunds will not be issued to accounts that show login activity. Refunds will not be given for errors resulting from the purchasers computer issues such as web browser issues or file size issues.

DVD Return Policy- DVD’s may be returned only in their original, unopened form within 30 days of purchase. DVD’s that have been opened and/or viewed will not be accepted for a refund.
