“Training with Nikol promotes the strengthening and toning of muscles specific to the body of a ballet dancer. Having worked and performed with her, it is clear that she has an impeccable body awareness that truly demonstrates her understanding for the tips and exercises she gives her clients. Nikol sends me daily workouts to do based on what my rehearsal schedule is or how my body feels. Not only do I work with her during the season, but also in the off-season. She has given me great tools that have been useful, and will continue to be, throughout my professional career.”

“I am loving the training. I can already feel my dance improving as well as my strength. Nothings way too difficult to do, nothing is way too easy either, especially with the amount of reps. I love the workouts, thanks so much!”

“I didn’t realize how much cross training can help with ballet until I purchased a few of the Ballet Strength training plans. The exercises really are geared towards dancers and work on improving specific areas. I feel like my jumps and balance have gotten better since doing the training plans.”

“I am from northern Ireland. I found Ballet Strength online and have purchased your ebooks. I have to say you really have inspired me. I am 25 and left dance at 18 to study and have now opened my own school which is doing great. You have given me a real aid to getting fit for dancing and teaching.”

“Nikol is incredible. I found her website through a google search of “ballet strength training” and was thrilled!  Although I live on the opposite coast from where she is located, she has been very helpful through e-mail.   Not only is she encouraging, but she’s given me many suggestions. Her videos have given me ideas and her blogs are extremely informative. Even if you live far, you can benefit from Nikol!”

As a dancer new to strength training this was exactly what I needed to learn the basics while seeing some serious results. I felt the biggest difference in my strength at barre, particularly in my standing leg and balances. I am looking forward to moving on to the advanced program this spring.
