Corps Ready Core is a strength training workout for all pre-professional through professional level dancers. Workout with Ballet Strength Coach and former professional ballet dancer, Nikol Klein, as she guides you through each exercise circuit while you follow along!

The video contains a 20 minute workout that goes through three circuits of exercises to strengthen the key core muscle groups utilized in ballet.

Corps Ready Core is geared towards pre-professional and professional dancers 12+ who are looking to start cross training to give their dancing an edge to launch their professional careers. No ballet shoes or studio required – this Digital Download is strictly strength training.
