Want to head into the fall season feeling strong and prepared for the demands of the coming season or school year? Looking to get back in ballet shape after having some time off over the summer?

Register now for our online Get Back in Shape – Pre-Fall Intensive Program! Ballet Strength Founder and Coach, Nikol Klein, will work exclusively online with 9 dancers. All programs will be tailored towards each dancers specific needs.
Details: Ages 12+ The program runs for 4 weeks. Following registration, you will receive an email from Ms.Klein to discuss the dancer’s goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Dancers will have unlimited email support as well as feedback. The program will be tailored towards the dancer’s individual coaching needs heading into the fall season or school year.
