Description
Sensationally Strong Jumps Training Program
The Sensationally Strong Jumps Training Program is a 6 week strength and conditioning program designed to help you maximize your jumping power. Each workout includes comprehensive instructions with photo and/or video links to show you exactly how to do each exercise correctly.
Workouts target typical trouble areas in jumps including stamina, height, and spring. All areas of a workout are thoroughly described including proper warm-up and cool-down. There are both photo and video links to all exercises to ensure that your form is proper.

HOW YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM IS DELIVERED
Check the email account that you registered with Paypal to make your purchase. You will be contacted within 48 hours by our customer service team requesting information needed to create your account including your name, email address, and date you wish to start your program. Once you respond, you will be set up with your own account with a username and password within 48 hours. It is important that you login to your account and verify your email address. You must verify your email address in order to have your workouts emailed to you daily. All Ballet Strength training plans are hosted by Training Peaks, a professional website used by only the top coaches and trainers in the world!
- Step 1, log into your account.
- Step 2, Validate your email address.
- Step 3. Check your email to complete validation.
You can login to your account at any time to preview the workouts for the upcoming week so that you can plan ahead accordingly. In addition to being able to log into your account at anytime, you will receive a daily email to remind you of what your workout is for that day (you must verify your email address in your account in order for this function to work properly). You can also download the free app and login from your iPhone!
Your daily training is outlined with a comprehensive description of your workout which will include photo links and/or video links, located in your trainingpeaks.com account and in your daily workout email.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Yes, you will need equipment to do the majority of your workouts. You can find a basic equipment list HERE to get you started. All of the equipment can be found at your local sporting goods store or Walmart and is inexpensive.

Getting Started
Purchase the plan through Paypal by clicking the “Buy Now” button.
Within 48 hours from the time of purchase, you will receive an email (sent to the email address where your Paypal account is registered) requesting the name, email address, and date which you would like to start your program. Once you respond, you will then receive another email containing your account login information and password. Verify your account as described in the above three step explanation.
**Please note that multiple programs should not be done at once. If you plan to purchase multiple programs, they will be sent in order of preference, not all at one time.

Jumps are hard for me and this program helped! My petite allegro has improved a ton now that I have built up more strength in my legs. If you have trouble with your jumps I definitely recommend this for you. Never thought that strength training was the secret to a dancers success!! I love it so much that I will go with a custom program for cross training this summer.
