The video contains a 20 minute workout that goes through three circuits of exercises to strengthen the key upper body muscle groups utilized in ballet.

If you created an account when you checked out, you can also find your downloadable files by logging in to your account. The email will look similar to this:

 You must click on each file individually to download. Files must be downloaded to a computer before being transferred to a iPad or eReader device. You are allowed 3 download attempts for each video – this is why it is important that you “save” the files to your computer.
