POWER POINTE ANKLE STRENGTHENING PROGRAM
Looking to strengthen the muscles of the feet, ankles and calves for flawless pointe work? Or maybe you are just starting out on pointe and need some extra help? Power Pointe is a 4 week training program that will do just that! Receive daily workouts with photos and/or videos to show you exactly what to do.
• Recommended for ages 10+.
• Program runs for 4 weeks.
