Workout with Ballet Strength Coach and former professional ballet dancer, Nikol Klein, as she guides you through each exercise circuit while you follow along!

The video contains a 20 minute workout that goes through circuits of exercises to strengthen the key muscle groups utilized while turning out in ballet.

The Turnout Tune-Up is geared towards pre-professional and professional dancers 12+ who are looking to start cross training to give their dancing an edge to launch their professional careers. No ballet shoes or studio required – this Digital Download is strictly strength training.

If you created an account when you checked out, you can also find your downloadable files by logging in to your account. The email will look similar to this:

 You must click on each file individually to download. You are allowed 3 download attempts for each file. It is important that you “save” each file to your computer upon downloading it. Files must be downloaded to a computer before being transferred to a iPad or eReader device.
